Website Update Support for Existing Clients - with or without a support contract

Whether or not you're on a Website Support Plan with Davies Designs Studio, we can assist you with websites updates if we originally created your website. If you are on a support plan, requests are billed under your service contract. If you are not on a support plan, we will advise you of the estimated cost based on our hourly website support rate.

For all general Website Updates including additions, deletions, new pages, new banners, etc.

For updates to the Blog or News section of a website, specifically. Collects the necessary details to complete a Blog/News Post Update.

For updates to the Event page of a website, specifically. Collects the necessary details to add a new Event.

Includes updates to the Store/Shop section of a website, specifically. Collects the necessary details to add new Store Products.

Includes updates to the Photo Album section of a website, specifically. Collects the necessary details to add a new Photo Album.

Social Media Support

Social Media Support for Clients on a Social Media Support Plan

In order for Davies Designs Studio to assist you with Social Media Support, a support contract must be in place.

For all Social Media Post Requests. Collects the necessary details to create Social Media Posts.

For Social Media Post Requests to be run as paid ads or boosted posts (ex. advertising events with a goal of boosting attendance). Collects the necessary details to create paid Social Media Campaigns. 

Design Support

Design Support for Clients Needing More Frequent Support

Need additional Design Support not included in your plan? Request new designs, whether website & social media design, graphic design & branding, or photography. 

Request a quote for a new design job that may not be covered under your Website Support or Social Media Support Plans.

Why use our support page?

Our support page request forms act as guides to ensure we receive the necessary information needed to complete support requests. This saves our clients valuable time (by decreasing emails) and money (by cutting down on monthly plan overages) while also ensuring we're able to fulfill requests as quickly as possible by having all of the necessary details at the time the request is made.
