During this time, we not only complete your project, but gather the necessary information required to begin your project, perform background research as needed, compile a detailed project agreement for your review and signature, and accept necessary down payments/deposits prior to the start of the design process once the agreement has been signed by both parties. Estimated timing is dependent on the individual project, complexity, number of revisions, client response timeliness, and current workload.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, AND/OR SENDING HARD COPY OR DIGITAL FILES?If needed, we will send you a link to a private folder so you can upload photos if you are interested in bulk editing services, otherwise files can be shared via email. If you are interested in digital restoration or repair services, we can arrange to have your photos picked up in person or by courier and returned to you once the project has been completed. For photography sessions, all photos are delivered via an online private gallery link. You will receive an email containing the link, username, password, and download instructions.

Additionally, Wix consistently anticipates and incorporates prevailing web design trends, offering an array of plug-ins catering to social media, blogging, and online store setup—essential features meeting our clients' most frequent demands.

CAN I UPDATE MY OWN WEBSITE AFTER COMPLETION?Upon completion of your web design project and receipt of final payment, we will initiate the launch of your website, or "go live" process. At this juncture, ownership of the website will be transferred to you. Following the completion of this transition, we will schedule a training session to ensure you are proficient in logging into your new website and making necessary changes. Moreover, we extend website support for 60 days post-launch. Subsequently, we offer monthly website maintenance packages for sites necessitating frequent updates, or we bill our website support hourly rate for periodic updates. Requests for website updates can be conveniently submitted via our Client Support page at any time. PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSINGInvoices are dispatched through our automated invoicing system. Upon receipt of an invoice, payment can be made by either mailing a check or using a credit/debit card through our secure Stripe payment gateway. In order to maintain equity among our clients, both graphic design and web design services necessitate an initial payment of 50% of the total project estimate upon commencement of each new project. The remaining balance is expected prior to project finalization and delivery of designs, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Payment plans are additionally provided upon request. Regrettably, we are no longer able to accept PayPal payments.

CONFLICTS OF INTERESTAlthough we always welcome new work and new clients, we must honor our existing client agreements first and foremost, so we reserve the right to refuse service at any time if the working relationship poses a known and/or recognizable conflict of interest.
